I have been an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Claremont McKenna College since January 2005, and am currently holding the W. M. Keck Chair in Computer Science position.
Before that I was an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Utah from 2001 until I joined CMC. From 1993 to 2000 I was an Assistant, Associate Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at Korea University (in Seoul, Korea), where I served as Department Chair from 1997 to 1999.
I also worked at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center, Evans & Sutherland Computer Corp., and Sandia National Lab. for over 11 years combined.
I received my B.S. degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Utah, an M.S. from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Utah, all in computer science.
